Rates
DAY 01 Nairobi

Group meet at the Katunayake International Airport for departure to Nairobi. Arrival into Nairobi, clear airport formalities and check in at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 02 Nairobi / Amboseli
After breakfast leave for Amboseli National Park. Lunch, and experience the majestic view of Kilimanjaro with afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight stay will be at a Lodge or camp. Amboseli National Park is an International biosphere reserve, 392sq. kms in area. The flat dry plains lay at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro whose powering presence can be sensed even when covered by clouds. On clear days the snow-capped peak forms a picturesque backdrop to large resident herds of elephants. Although primarily known for its prolific elephant population, the amount and choice of other game is generous. Lion, Leopard, Zebra, Wildebeest, Buffalo and other savannah game roam the plains.

DAY 03 Amboseli / The Ark
After breakfast drive to Aberdares. Lunch will be at Aberdares country club and after lunch transfer to special vehicles for a drive to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at lodge. Game viewing from the balconies of the lodge.

DAY 04 The Ark / Samburu
After breakfast drive further north crossing the Equator into the panoramic northern frontier district and into the Samburu Game Reserve. Lunch and afternoon game drive on the look out for species seldom seen elsewhere – Gravy’s Zebra, reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk and the blue-legged Somali Ostrich. Dinner and overnight stay at lodge or camp.

DAY 05 Sweetwater’s Camp
After breakfast, leave for the nearby Sweetwater's ranch for a game drive. Sweetwater's has all the big game - Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Buffalo and more. Afternoon game drive. All meals and overnight will be at lodge.

DAY 06 Sweetwater’s Camp / Nakuru
After breakfast drive via the Thomson's Fall to Lake Nakuru National Park. Here is the most awesome bird spectacle in the world – a million flamingo, transform the shores of the lake to that of a delicate pink hue. The sight of thousands of bright pink birds as they collect against the soda-crusted shoreline is striking. The National Park here is home to many mammals including Leopard, Lion and Rhino. After lunch enjoy a game drive through this awesome park. Dinner and overnight at lodge
Lake Nakuru National Park
Lake Nakuru National park is the most famous of the Great Rift Valley lakes and renowned for its magnificent bird life, especially the flamingos which seasonally flock there in there thousands. This 188sq. kms. Park is a paradise for those who are particularly interested in ornithology and also offers the opportunity of seeing White Rhino, the rare Rothschild’s Giraffe, large herds of Buffalo and an abundance of various plains game. Sightings of Leopard resting in the branches of acacia trees are very common.


DAY 07 Nakuru / Masai Mara
After breakfast drive via Narok to the Masai Mara National Reserve, the most popular game park in Kenya. Lunch, afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or camp.
Masai Mara National Reserve
Justifiably one of the most famous reserves in Afrca, its’ dominant features are the great rolling plains of the savannah grasslands, which sustain the great variety of wildlife in Africa and indeed in the world.
The game viewing is excellent year round with Giraffe, Buffalo, Zebra, Eland, Hartebeest and thompson’s Gazelle offering a rich choice for the preditors Lion, Leopard, and Cheetah. The Masai people, after whom the park is named, are nomadic. While on game drives, you will often notice young tribesmen herding their cattle amongst the plains game. They are colourfully attired, usually wrapped in bright red cloths, and armed with spears.

DAY 08 Masai Mara
All meals at the Camp. Full day game drives at the Masai Mara Reserve. Among the wildlife sanctuaries of the world, Masai Mara is considered by many a visitor to be the most picturesque. This is also traditionally the land of the Masai people who co-habit with the wildlife. Here, every year since time immemorial, over a million Wildebeests accompanied by Zebra and predators, surge across the Tanzania border in the quest for fresh pastures!
Overnight at lodge

DAY 09 Masai Mara / Nairobi
Morning game drive, followed by breakfast. Thereafter drive to Nairobi and transfer to hotel. (No lunch on this day) Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the Club.

DAY 10 Depart Nairobi
Breakfast at Hotel. Morning will be at leisure. (No lunch on this day) Afternoon transfer to the Airport for departure flight.

DAY 11 Arrive in Colombo
